1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing ptslide.pro or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Services

ptslide provides slide template design, custom presentation design and related services. The scope, price, timeline and deliverables of each project are set out in a written quote that you accept before work begins.

3. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars in each quote. Payment terms are stated in the quote. If we are unable to deliver the agreed work, you are entitled to a refund for undelivered portions. Refund requests can be sent to [email protected] and are reviewed within 5 business days.

4. License for templates

  • You may use purchased templates for personal and commercial presentations, including presentations for your clients.
  • You may not resell, redistribute or share the original template files as templates, whether free or paid.
  • Custom designs created specifically for you become yours once paid in full, excluding third-party fonts or stock assets, which remain subject to their own licenses.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of all content you provide to us. You confirm that you have the right to use it and grant us permission to use it solely for completing your project.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt its operation, or upload harmful code.

7. Intellectual property

The website design, text, logo and graphics are owned by ptslide or used under license and may not be copied without permission.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ptslide is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
